Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Customized or made-to-order items may take longer.

Yes, we ship to international locations where delivery service is available.

Estimated delivery after dispatch is 3–7 business days within Pakistan and 7–15 business days for international orders.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees may be charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Yes, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Email support@americanbuyleather.com with your order number, item details, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-measure items are not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund processing may take 7–10 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
