Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Made-to-order, customized, or special-size items may require additional processing time before dispatch. If an item requires extra time, we will contact you by email.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Locations

We ship orders to customers in Pakistan and international locations where delivery service is available.

Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

Pakistan: 3–7 business days
International orders: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, courier delays, incorrect shipping information, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before payment.

If a free-shipping offer is shown on the website, the offer will apply only to eligible orders and will be visible at checkout before payment.

Tracking Information

When your order is shipped, we will provide tracking information by email if tracking is available from the courier.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, import fees, or clearance charges may be applied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is delayed, returned, or lost because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@americanbuyleather.com with your order number. We will help check the shipment status with the courier.
