American Buy Leather wants customers to shop with confidence. This Return & Refund Policy explains when returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused
Unworn
Unwashed
In original condition
With original tags and packaging, where applicable

The item you want to return

Photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

After reviewing your request, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. American Buy Leather is not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@americanbuyleather.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund according to the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Custom-made items
Personalized items
Made-to-measure items
Items marked final sale
Used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged items caused by customer handling

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email whether the refund is approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund processing may take 7–10 business days after approval, depending on the payment provider or bank.

Original shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
